Three steps to the stage.
Register for Youth Convention
Every Fine Arts student must be registered for NY Youth Convention 2027, March 25–27, 2027 in Syracuse. $80 per person (grades 6–12).
Hand out paper forms
Youth leaders: print and hand out individual forms to your students. Students return completed forms — with a parent signature — to your church Fine Arts coordinator for church records.
Register your church for Fine Arts
Leaders submit one online form covering every student participating from your church. Paper forms are not accepted for registration.
Fine Arts pricing
$45 for the first category, $15 each additional.
Per student, in addition to Youth Convention registration ($80 per person (grades 6–12)).

Writing & film entries are due before the festival.
